Omoijiade is the President and founder of the International Center for Corporate Governance and Conflict Studies. Omoijiade received his education at The University of Lagos, Delta State University and Leeds Metropolitan University, United Kingdom; where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Masters Degree in Banking and Finance and Masters of Science Degree in Management Consultancy respectively. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. Omoijiade is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management and Institute of Management consultancy, United Kingdom.

He received his PhD in Banking and Business Management from Alliance International University, Lusaka, Zambia. He is also a fellow of Corporate Governance and Sustainability International Group (CGSIG). Omoijiade’s professional career in the Nigerian Banking sector spans over three decades during which he served as Human Resources’ Officer, Branch Manager, Senior Manager: Strategy and Business Intelligence, Business Development Manager and Area Manager. In addition to having wide experience in Banking, Human Resources Management, Trade Unionism and Strategy, he has undertaken numerous in company training, research and Consultancy assignments.

He has also designed and delivered Bank Management, Corporate Strategy, Knowledge Management, Organizational Politics, Stakeholders Management and Human Resources programmes for Managers. His research interest is leadership, corporate governance and organizational politics.
