Dr. Irene S. Mbarika is the Director for Quality Assurance and Ethics of the ICT University. She holds a degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Research, with Concentration in Higher Education Administration, from The Louisiana State University – Baton Rouge, LA, USA. In addition, she is a holder of Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from The Louisiana State University – Baton Rouge, LA, USA and a Bachelor of Arts in Education, Major in Educational Foundations and Administration from The University of Buea – Cameroon
