Bachelor's Degree entry requirements for :

NEW STUDENTS

To complete your application for a bachelor's degree program at the ICT University, both in Information Communication and Technology (ICT) and in Business Management and Sustainability (BMS), please ensure you provide the following documents:

1.  Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
2.  Certified Copy of GCE "O" Level Certificate
3.  Certified Copy of GCE "A" Level Certificate
4.  Certified Copy of Probatoire
5.  Certified Copy of Baccalaureate
6. Authenticated Copy of GCE "O" Level Certificate
7. Authenticated Copy of GCE "A" Level Certificate
8. Authenticated Copy of Probatoire
9. Authenticated Copy of Baccalaureate

Bachelor's Degree entry requirements for :

TRANSFER AND TOP-UP STUDENTS

For all transfer cases, academic transcripts must be authenticated by the issuing institution.

• The student's files are sent to the Deans of the respective faculties.
• Faculty Deans evaluate the documents to determine the credits that can be transferred based on previous academic achievements.
• Once the evaluation is complete and credits are validated, approval is sent to the Admissions Office admissions@ictuniversity.edu.cm .
• The Admissions Office then proceeds to admit the student into the respective program.

For Top-Up students, all required documents include:

• Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
•  Certified Copy of GCE "O" Level Certificate
• Certified Copy of GCE "A" Level Certificate
•  Certified Copy of Probatoire
•  Certified Copy of Baccalaureate
• Certified Copy of HND Diploma [From Your Previous School]
• Authenticated Copy of GCE "O" Level Certificate
• Authenticated Copy of GCE "A" Level Certificate
• Authenticated Copy of Probatoire
• Authenticated Copy of Baccalaureate

Once all required documents are submitted by the applicants, they are forwarded to the Department of Transcript and Verification for meticulous scrutiny ( transcript.verification@ictuniversity.edu.cm) This department carefully verifies the authenticity and accuracy of each document submitted by the applicants.
