Eunice M. Mbarika is a Leader with extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of Technology, Communication, Analysis and Problem solving. She built her career experience in the United States and now serves in Cameroon at the ICT University.

Over the course of her combined 15-year career with the Dow Chemical Company, SBC Global, University of South Florida, the State of Florida, the non- profit sector, Eunice has held a series of positions with increasing responsibility – from Corporate Training, and providing Subject Master and Knowledge Management Expertise in business and technology implementations, to leadership roles in Operations and Strategic Planning across two continents. This diversity in experience and perspective combined with her earnest interest in developing and maximizing talent along with her solid track record, has earned her the respect of her peers, colleagues, employers and employees, and will undoubtedly serve her well as she moves forward.

Eunice M. Mbarika holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio TX, and a MS in Management Information Systems and Decision Sciences from the University of South Florida in Tampa FL, USA.

With the accumulation of such knowledge and with a lot of devotion, Eunice Mbarika founded a Vocation and Education Empowerment Program in Houston, TX in 2013. The core domains of this program are creation of training programs for employee development in the area of communication and technology training, project management, and leadership. As part of the program, she also founded the non-for-profit organization named The Children’s Library Project that currently distributes books to schools in Africa (currently in Cameroon) with the goal of giving especially children the opportunity to have access to good reads for education and leisure. She is also, amongst others, a consultant for technical learning services, information system implementations, and is also an AACC certified executive and life coach.

Apart from her devotion and huge experience in education, Eunice Mbarika is the co-author of Women and Information Technology in Sub-Saharan Africa, a book in which she shows the importance of ICT in helping Sub-Saharan women access to lifelong learning and training. She is member of several international organizations such as the International Education Corps, Toastmasters, the National Society for Black Engineers (NSBE) amongst others.
